5. Thoughts on July 4, 2012, – Independence Day, USA. On that special day, Americans will celebrate all of the things that the Founding Fathers intended for their country: freedom, liberty, equality, prosperity, the ability to worship as they choose, and the pursuit of happiness. They will celebrate the fact that the Founding Fathers arranged for this to be a country of laws that would honour the rights of every person and perpetuate the highest good for all concerned. These noble men decreed that America would be a government OF the people, BY the people, FOR the people, a government that would ultimately enhance life for every person abiding in this wonderful land.
Needless to say, as a government and as a people they have often fallen far from those lofty goals, but that does not change the fact that these are the archetypes on which that country was founded, or that its people are co-creating their reality day by day through thoughts, words, feelings, actions, and beliefs.
So let’s encourage all Americans to take advantage of the opportunity of another July 4. As millions of Americans focus on everything the Founding Fathers intended Americans to experience, let’s join work on inclusive justice to envelop all of the governments of the world. Together we will heal Humanity’s past abuse of power and we will pave the way for a higher order of global consciousness needed so urgently.
