WE HAVE LEARNED IN 2015 THAT DIALOGUE IS AIDED BY :

Seeking: progress towards a goal, not minding who gets the credit

Knowing: that thinking is action in which we must all partake – reconciliatory dialogue.
Holding:  our convictions tentatively – keeping all boundaries permeable,
Throwing:  out dogma, but not ignoring any poetry or wisdom that inspired it.
Holding;  high tolerance for ambiguity – welcoming newcomers at their point of entry
Remembering: ‘Fragility is mark of value; that which is not fragile is pretentious’.’
Remembering: ‘ Reality lies in the 2nd glance; after you’ve dealt with prejudice in the 1st.’
Acknowledging: Natural Inclusion – Prior Communion/Unity – checking one’s tribalism & egotism
Understanding: Servant Leadership – the real skill of education
Seeking:  progress towards a goal, not minding who gets the credit.                                         Recognising: ‘power-with’ will replace ‘Power-over’ in a genuine and inclusive democracy

The noble art of losing face may one day save the human race
