– Holding Conviction Tentatively – keeping all boundaries permeable,
– Throwing out dogma, but not ignoring any poetry or wisdom that inspired it.
– Holding high tolerance for ambiguity – welcoming newcomers at their point of entry
– Remembering that ‘Fragility is mark of value; that which is not fragile is pretentious’.’
– Remembering that ‘ Reality lies in the second glance; after you’ve dealt with prejudice in the first.’
– Acknowledging Natural Inclusion – Prior Communion/Unity – checking one’s own tribalism and egotism
– Understanding Servant Leadership – the real skill of education
– Seeking progress towards a goal, not minding who gets the credit

July 11th 1.30-4.30 CONFEDERATION Rally at Hinde Street Methodist Church opposite the SES. We are welcoming ideas on how to Build a Movement [TRUSTEES ALL] to get more people to understand and to work for CONFEDERATION as a way of developing the debates about Devolution, Subsidiarity etc. We are increasingly aware that systemic change is likely to come only from the ground up. Thus the discussions about a Movement as contrasted to a Party. This will include the launch of Fred Harrisons ‘As Evil Does’ and Simon Mouatt’s ‘Dissolution of the Financial State’
